Europe Part 2

This is a lot easier than part one. You only have to concern yourself with ONE enemy outside. The guy who’s in the start area is obviously easily dispatched. Take his uniform and send Spooky outside to knock out S1 when his friends turn away. Now, Spooky has free range to just walk right straight across the tracks. Lupin will have to stay low, but he too can just crawl directly straight out from the doors. Watch the fellow on top of the armored car, but that's it. He can't see Lupin once he's too close to the train, and you can just crawl along the side until you get into the passenger car. Why tangle with anyone else?
